Bertucci's 'Reinvents' Its Menu

Bertucci's Italian Restaurant (90 locations in 10 states), known for its brick oven pizza, has introduced new lines of artisan pizzas, appetizers and desserts, as well as new baked pasta and main dishes.

The emphasis is on new specialty items that can only be prepared in brick ovens by chefs specially trained to work with those ovens.
