Bing To Power Chinese Search Engine

Microsoft has partnered with China's largest online retailer,, to power Etao, a shopping search engine that will display results on a range of categories. The site, powered by Bing, is owned by Alibaba Group, co-owners of Yahoo China. Chinese advertisers can place ads through Bing and reach English-speaking countries through a dictionary feature that provides translations.
