Facebook is looking to hire a global head of agency relations to work either at its Palo Alto, Calif.-based headquarters or in New York City. The posting says the position will be responsible for defining global agency strategy and developing relationships with key agency partners. "The ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical thinker that will work with cross functional teams in finding ways to improve agency operations," it states.

Among other things, the job will entail driving communications between the agency community and Facebook and managing and negotiating complex agency contracts while requiring at least 15 years experience in marketing, strategy and online advertising. No mention of a Facebook IPO in the listing, however.
