Rubicon Did Not Acquire Fox's Direct Sales Force

Rubicon Project's Frank Addante just explained that Rubicon's acquisition of Fox Audience Network did not include an acquisition of FAN's direct sales force. He said Rubicon left "potentially" tens of millions of dollars of direct sales revenues that would have come with that sales team, but he said Rubicon remains committed to its strategy of not selling inventory directly to advertisers, but in enabling a platform for publishers, ad networks and other aggregators to sell their inventory to advertisers and agencies.
