RJ Palmer has promoted Pete Regan to head up the agency as COO, reporting to president Jim Vail. He will also take the lead in integrating RJ Palmer's recently added client's branded entertainment,
sports marketing and corporate barter efforts. Regan came to the agency two years ago from Cliff Freeman and partners. RJ Palmer, a privately held New York ad agency, claims billings in excess of
$800 million.
