American Express Open, the small business division of American Express, just announced a new loyalty marketing program that allows small businesses and entrepreneurs to earn double points for all their spending on online marketing. The program, dubbed the Business Gold Rewards Card, includes membership rewards for using the card to purchase ads on Facebook and online reputation management platform YouBuzz, among others.

American Express Open said those rewards can be used for a variety of business services, including advertising, at the following conversions:

• Three-times points on airfare • Two-times points on advertising, gas and shipping • One-times points on all other purchases
