McGee Handles Katz Radio Election '12 Sales

Katz Media Group promoted Patrick McGee to vice president, political sales and strategy, to lead the company's political advertising efforts for radio in the 2012 elections. Katz has more than 4,000 radio stations; its political effort for radio also includes a site for campaign manager: www.katzpolitical.com, a single spot for all campaign buying. Next year marks the first presidential election cycle without spending caps, due to the Supreme Court ruling in January 2010. In addition to the presidential election, all 435 congressional seats are up for re-election, 33 states will have U.S. Senate races and 11 states will have gubernatorial races.
