Tech Has Changed Not People

I worked on agency side for years. but now on client side we all need to own this. agencies are incentivized and paid by clients to do certain things. clients pay for behavior we want. if we are moving from commodity based to relationship media, well that's a different service, but we need to make shift more toward that.

Joe: how consumer is changing while we are changing practices. tech is hyper accelerating behavior itself. how human beings are evolving because of tech. faith popcorn: our dna is actually changing because of this. science fiction?

Laura Krajecki, CCO at starcom: people leave breadcrumbs, they share rage and rave immediately. if you really watch people elementally it' about having something to trade on. what are you showing up with to trade beyond deals. the content: our lives, the industry makes content seem like some big fancy things, but it's also our lives that we share naturally. youtube: dynamic culture. people have always formed communities. and as a brand, you are trying to find ways to find that community and grow it. the tech looks fancy and new, but it's very elemental.
