T-Mobile USA is overhauling the look of its nearly 400 stores around the country.
The newly redesigned stores, which is adapted from its current parent company Deutsche Telecom AG, will
include private customer service desks, and clearly defined product areas, making it easier for consumers to find what they need, according to the company. Other improvements include new hardwood
flooring and a large digital messaging screen in the rear of the store, as well information kiosks and video monitors.
"With the continued complexity of wireless choices, T-Mobile is always
looking to help simplify the consumer retail experience and make it more personal for each customer," said Debra Coates, senior director of store development, T-Mobile USA, in a statement. "While
we've continually been honored for our customer service, we have found ways to make the shopping experience even better with this new design."
