You know Photoshop's involved when you see Kim Jong Il and Lee Myung-bak making out. Or President Obama planting one on Chinese President Hu Jintao. Or German Chancellor Angela Merkel kissing
French President Nicolas Sarkozy, her nation’s economic rival. The images are in an ad campaign, the first in a decade, from Italian clothing company United Colors of Benetton called
“Unhate.” The newly unveiled Unhate Foundation seeks to promote a culture of tolerance and combat hatred around the world.
After the images went up, the Vatican quickly denounced
an image of Pope Benedict XVI kissing Egyptian Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb on the lips. The company removed that particular image.
