From Amazon to Zappos, 10 Customer Service Finalists

The new National Retail Federation Foundation/American Express Customers’ Choice survey is out, naming 10 retailers as the best in the country: Amazon.com, JCPenney, Kohl’s, Lands’ End, L.L.Bean, Newegg, Nordstrom, Overstock.com, QVC and Zappos.
Winners will be announced in January at the NRF’s annual Retail Industry Luncheon. Last year, Zappos took top honors; L.L.Bean took top honors for the three years prior.
