TheraMax Launches Location-based Push

TheraBiogen, Inc., which makes and distributes  homeopathic nasal sprays for allergies, cold and flu symptoms and migraine headaches, is launching a social media campaign.

The effort uses location-based marketing, inclusive of Facebook, Foursquare, and YouTube in conjunction with an ad in Times Square.
On Dec. 28 and 29 visitors to New York's Times Square can "check in" at the TheraMax ad on 42nd Street using Facebook Places or Foursquare and share their "Check In" online. A TheraMax Street Team will also hand out samples of Thera Max Cold & Flu, as well as other holiday gifts, to participants.

TheraMax is on sale at some 12,000 retailers including Rite-Aid, Food Lion, Hannaford Supermarkets, Discount Drug Marts and Big Y Supermarkets, per the company.
