Mindshare Worldwide has appointed Greg Brooks to the new role of global marketing director, a new position at the WPP shop. Brooks has been tasked with developing the strategy, tools and platforms
to showcase the agency's focus on innovation, data and technology and what the agency says is its unique approach to utilizing communications channels for clients. Brooks joins the
agency from C Squared, the organizer of the Festival of Media, the annual international media conference, where he was content strategy director. Earlier, he was a trends consultant working for
clients including McDonald's, BSkyB, and Google on the future use of consumer technology.
