Clear Channel Advantage, including senior level positions with Home & Garden Television (HGTV) and MTV Networks. Hayes will be responsible for leading the company's sales and client management efforts
in the Midwest, helping provide goal-oriented media-marketing initiatives that enable advertisers and their agencies to reach and motivate today's active and distracted "Gone From Home"
consumer. Clear Channel Advantage also announced the hiring of Nicole Fler in the newly created position of Vice President - Sales/New York, reporting to Regional Vice President/Northeast Lew Sherr
and based in New York City. Fler moves to Clear Channel Advantage following two years as Vice President of Business Development for Clear Channel Outdoor. She joined Clear Channel Canada in 2000 to
manage sales and marketing for a joint venture focused on mall advertising.
