Rosabel Tao has been named senior vice president-communications at CBS Interactive, overseeing all communications and public relations for CBS Interactive and its digital brands, including CBS.com, CBSNews.com, CBSSports.com, CNET, GameSpot, and TV.com.

Tao had been running her own private communications consulting practice, and before that was senior vice president-global corporate communications at Myspace and Myspace Music.

Before that, she was vice president-corporate communications at Spot Runner, which CBS was an investor in.
