Oversee.Net, a Los
Angeles-based company that operates a global online performance marketing network, announced that Gene Chuang has been appointed Chief Technology Advisor. In this role, Chuang will identify
and build technology platforms to help Oversee both grow current and attract future business initiatives.
In a release, Oversee CEO Debra Domeyer said, “Gene’s appointment
reaffirms our commitment to being at the cutting edge of technology.”
Chuang approaches the role with sights already set, stating, “my goal is to develop and scale technology
solutions at Oversee that add value to the company’s businesses.”
Oversee counts over 250 million unique visitors per month and is headquartered in Los Angeles. Chuang will
be part of the senior management team there, reporting to Domeyer.
Prior to his appointment at Oversee, Chuang was the director of engineering at Chegg, an online network geared towards
meeting the needs of college students. Chuang has also led teams at AT&T and Yahoo Search Marketing.
