
Facebook may have half a billion mobile users, but brands are still trying to figure out how to engage them on devices. For Dunkin’ Donuts, Hill Holliday came
up with the Coffee Customizer for people using the Facebook app and mobile site. Through a rich-media ad promoted to loyal DD fans, users could build their java drink of choice by selecting different
animated options for beverages, creamers and sweeteners. That’s 300 combinations of coffee fun.
