For those of you within Austin City Limits who are bummed about not being able to squeeze into OMMA SXSW's standing-room-only sessions -- or to at least stream it on your state-of-the-art hand-held thingamajig -- fear not, I've got the perfect alternative option for you. Just mosey on over to 3M Interactive Lound in Meeting Room 1 of the Austin Convention Center (forevermore to be referred to in these posts as the ACC) and spend some time with Jenny. But don't worry if you can't actually make it there, because neither will she. That's because Jenny is just a digital avatar who will be on hand to answer questions, conduct interviews with journalists and pitch 3M's products ("Did you know you are always within three meters of a 3M product or technology?").

 

Ah, I miss the days when you could attend a trade show and ogle hot babes up-close-and-personal. Next year, I'm sending my avatar to Austin.
