Tremor Adds to Its Executive Suite

Tremor Video, Inc., the New York-based digital video ad-tech and analytics company, has named three executives to key posts.

Aaron Saltz was named associate general counsel, reporting directly to COO  and general counsel Adam Lichestein. Saltz will be responsible for implementing and overseeing corporate governance and compliance concerns, intellectual property law and other tasks. He’ll also work with senior management on financing and acquisition transactions. He joins Tremor from Skadden, Arps, where he’s worked the last seven years.

Tremor also named. Doug DeSimone the director of talent acquisition for Tremor Video and Video Hub.  DeSimone had been working as a consultant for the company, and will report to Sharon Grundfast, vice president of human resources. He’ll also oversee talent forecasting and work on other personnel matters. He’ll also work with the company’s marketing and communications team.

DeSimone was most recently a recruiting consultant for Major League Baseball Advanced Media's mobile product and mobile engineering teams, and has also recruited for Boxee and social music service Turntable.fm.

Tremor Video promoted Anthony Flaccavento to national director of entertainment and spirits sales from East Coast sales director, entertainment. Flaccavento oversees relationships with clients such as Showtime, HBO, A&E and AMC.

Also the company said Paul Sluberski, promoted in December to vice president of media sales for the CPG home-products vertical, is adding the food and beverage vertical to his portfolio.
