Beyond.com Exec: Consider "Relevant Time" For Email Programs

Beyond.com's Geri Weltz says at the Email Insider Summit that if a company can't capitalize on moving emails in "real-time," think about "relevant time."

In other words, send email when customers are most likely to open them. Sundays work best for Beyond.com, the online job site, Weltz says.

If "relevant time" can't be measured within an email programs than use Web traffic as a baseline, she said.
