
Publicis’ VivaKi unit has
named Anke Kuik director of audience activation for its Audience on Demand platform, a new position at the agency’s trading desk. Based in Amsterdam, Kuik will head up operations for the
unit’s recently launched European Activation Center there.
The Center will work with existing VivaKi offices and Publicis Groupe agencies on addressable campaigns
across display, video, mobile and social. VivaKi said a second regional activation center is currently being planned in Singapore to serve the Asia market, but did not indicate who might run
that.
“We are live in multiple markets globally, and with demand increasing we have pursued a growth strategy that focuses on quality, consistency and efficiency as
opposed to installing duplicate teams in every market,” stated VivaKi chief Frank Voris, adding, “By centralizing several core functions we can minimize—but also elevate – the
teams who operate in each market.”
Kuik joins VivaKi from Omnicom Media Group, where she was director of its Accuen trading desk for Europe, Middle East and
Africa.
