Tremor Video Files For IPO

Tremor Video, Inc., a tech-driven video advertising solutions company, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed IPO of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Jefferies LLC will serve as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
