Tremor Video Removes In-Banner Video Ads

Tremor Video, a video advertising solutions provider, today announced that it is removing in-banner video advertising and will focus more on in-stream video ad content. The company is making the choice after a recent Millward Brown Digital study of online ads indicated that in-stream ads are superior to non in-stream ads.

"Tremor believes strongly that in-stream creative within premium content environments delivers what brands are looking for most: engagement, brand lift, optimization and viewability," stated Bill Day, CEO, Tremor Video. "If brands are serious about driving engagement, in-banner video advertising is not getting the job done. This is best for our brand partners and our own continued growth."
