Starcom USA added two new employees to its Los Angeles office. Christine Bradt was named senior vice president/director overseeing the agency’s Mattel business, and Stacy Karabuykov will serve
as vice president/activation director overseeing national buying for clients including Del Monte, CBS Films, ABC Cable Network Group and Universal Orlando Resort.
