
Minneapolis creative agency
Preston Spire has tapped Dustin Black as Chief Creative Officer and partner.
Prior to his promotion, he was an executive creative director at the agency, which he joined in June 2025.
He reports to CEO Jennifer Spire.
Before joining Preston Spire, Black spent nearly 12 years at Colle McVoy as ECD. Earlier, he spent several years as an art director for Mono.

— and delivers work with the evidence to defend it before the CFO even asks the question.”
The agency’s creative roster
includes UCare, Wings Financial Credit Union, NoDoz and Nickelodeon Universe.
