Turn Taps Busse From Salesforce, Forms 'Customer Success' Team

Marketing technology provider Turn has announced the appointment of Bryan Busse as senior vice president, customer success, a new position at the company.

The team Busse will lead will work directly with Turn's customers. They will oversee post-sale activities, including software implementation, training, user adoption, tech support, and custom services.

Busse said customer relations is important within the programmatic industry -- on a B2B scale -- because it "begets loyalty." He added: "Our customers have choices."

"My job is to be the senior advocate within the company of ensuring we are making our customers successful in the long run -- not just getting them in the door," Busse said.

Busse was most recently vice president, consulting for Asia-Pacific, and service delivery for Japan, at Salesforce.com.

He
will report directly to Bill Demas, CEO of Turn.
