Advertising technology provider OwnerIQ on Tuesday announced an upgrade to “Ranger” -- the company’s predictive marketing tool.

The third iteration of Ranger is intended to bring new consumers onto an advertiser’s radar. Retargeting campaigns rely on a pool of potential consumers, and Ranger helps advertisers add to the pool by predicting which new shoppers belong.
