Mindshare hired Joan Colletta-Sapp as head of North American communications planning, a new position. Colletta-Sapp is based in the Mindshare Chicago office and will report to Jordan Bitterman,
Mindshare North America’s Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, she was senior vice president, co-director of brand planning at Cramer Krasselt in Chicago, where she led teams to develop brand
and communications strategies for brands including Heinz, Panera Bread and Corona. Colletta-Sapp spent much of her advertising career at Leo Burnett, where she was a vice president, planning director
driving growth for brands such as McDonald's, Hallmark, Kellogg's and Gap, Inc.
