Two credit unions and a bank are suing Target for the data breach that took place over the holidays. Employees Credit Union, of Dallas; KC Police Credit Union, of Kansas City, Mo.; and American Bank
of Commerce, of Wolfforth, Texas, have filed a class action lawsuit against the retailer Thursday. The breach, which was likely caused by a spam email at a heating and air conditioning partner,
exposed 40 million credit and debit cards.
