Digital marketing technology company Webtrends on Tuesday announced the appointment of Joe Davis as CEO, effective immediately.

Davis was CEO of CoreMetrics before the company was acquired by IBM in 2010. He was most recently CEO of Tocata, a technology company with a focus in mobile ecommerce.
