Fox News host Mike Huckabee has come under scrutiny for allowing questionable sponsors to send emails to his email list. He told Media Matters that he is "simply a conduit
to send messages" and "can't always vouch for the veracity" of the promoted products. He defended his position explaining that the emails disclaimer. Huckabee is one of many politicians who rents out
his email list to third parties. Recently, Huckabee sent a sponsored emails on behalf of a shady doctor promoting the doctor's questionable Alzheimer's disease cures. This scandal came
after Fox News contributor Scott Brown had to distance himself from the same doctor for the same reason, sending emails promoting the questionable products to his list.
