Google Chromecast Now In 10 European Nations

The rumors were true: Google is taking its Chromecast streaming stick beyond U.S. borders. Chromecast will officially be available for sale in Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the U.K. starting Wednesday. Local prices will vary, but the suggested retail price for the device is £30 in the U.K., €35 in continental Europe and CAN $39 in Canada, compared to $35 in the U.S.
