Turn on Monday announced the
appointments of Stan Meresman and Becky Saeger to its board of directors.
Meresman is a board member at LinkedIn, Zynga, ModCloth and HyTrust. He was previously chief financial officer of
Silicon Graphics and Cypress Semiconductor.
Saeger was previously chief marketing officer of Charles Schwab, and has held leadership roles at Visa USA and FCB and Ogilvy. She has also served
as chairman of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA). She is currently on the board of E-Trade.
“Becky provides Turn with the voice of a marketer who has been a senior leader at
both a global brand and an agency,” stated Bill Demas, president and CEO of Turn. “Stan brings seasoned public company experience that will help us mature our financial process and expand
our software subscription basis.”
