Toronto's CIty Government to Migrate Email Platform

The city of Toronto is planning to migrate to a new email system. The city has been using Novell Inc.’s GroupWise email system since 1998, but may move to Microsoft. Next week, the government will vote to approve a sole-source contract with Microsoft.
