RTB House, a Poland-based ad agency with its own real-time bidding (RTB) technology, has announced the appointments of three new regional directors.

Omer Aras has been named regional commercial director and will oversee the sales departments in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania and Turkey. He has been with the company for over a year working on development and sales in Turkey.

Vladimir Houba will lead business ops in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, per a release. He was previously with Gemius, a research firm.

Pawel Mazurek will manage sales operations on the Commonwealth of Independent States territory with a special focus on Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, per a release. 

“Across the region (Central, Eastern and Southern Europe), the company sales force already has dozens of people, and the new directors reflect our heightened support for these regions,” stated Maciek Mikolajczak, RTB House’s business development director of Central and Eastern Europe.
