Citgo Petroleum is back with "Fueling Education," a promotion offering teachers, student teachers and members of parent-teacher associations and organizations the chance to win
$1,000 in school supplies for their classrooms. A total of 84 winners will be selected for the prizes, comprising three winners each from the 27 states in which Citgo operates, as well as the District
