Dow Jones & Co. named
RICHARD F. ZANNINO chief operating officer and
KAREN ELLIOT HOUSE senior vice president and publisher of all print editions of The Wall Street Journal. Zannino had
been chief financial officer. House was previously president of the company's international group.
Peter R. Kann, who had been the Journal's publisher since 1989, remains chairman and chief
executive. Kann, who is married to House, will continue as editorial director of all Dow Jones publications.
