
Oberland promoted Monica Taylor to
executive creative director.
Before this, Taylor worked freelance as a creative director. Her agency experience includes Wieden+Kennedy, as both art and creative director. Her work won
the Cannes Grand Prix for Nike, and she led creative for Old Spice, Target and Starbucks.
At Oberland, she worked on on the Michaels Stores and Beazer Homes accounts. The agency won a Silver
Lion at Cannes this year for its "So Many Dicks" campaign for e.l.f. Beauty. She worked at Mullen early in her career.
In addition, Derek Barnes, having led creative at Wieden+Kennedy,
Anomaly, Grey, DDB and most recently Arts and Letters Creative, is now Oberland's group creative director. Deborah Nall joins as senior project manager.
