JUNE BLOCKLIN, former co-president of Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston, has returned to Young & Rubicam in the role of Vice Chairman. Blocklin will steer management of the New York shop's AT&T account, one of its largest in terms of billings. She will work on key corporate accounts and new business efforts. Blocklin, who starts this week, reports to worldwide CEO Mike Dolan. Blocklin performed similar duties during her first tour of duty at Y&R, in the mid- to late-1990s. Back then, she held several titles, including client services director and director of new business. In 1998, she joined Hill, Holliday, as EVP of Business Development. She later became director of client services and co-president before leaving in early 2001, to become president of partner services at Upromise in Brookline, Mass.
