Peter Guber, a co-owner of the basketball team The Golden State Warriors, has apologized for using the word "hoodish" instead of "Yiddish" in an email that he sent to the team's PR department. His
email was in response to an email from the PR team that showed the league's roster of international players which includes Australia, Brazil, Nigeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina
and Serbia. Guber jokingly emailed the department saying that he would have to take Rosetta Stone to learn "Hungarian Serbian Australian swahili and hoodish." He has apologized for the offensive
mistake, blaming autocorrect.
