MaxWorldwide has appointed
RICHARD N. COSTELLO and
GEOFFRY R. HANDLER to its board of directors. Costello has spent 29 years in advertising, most notably as President and Chief
Executive of TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York and Chief Operating Officer of TBWA. Most recently, he was President of Universal Studio's Strategic Marketing Group. Handler is the Managing Partner at law
firm McLaughlin & Stern LLP. He was a member of the board of TDI, an outdoor advertising company, until its acquisition by Infinity Broadcasting in March 1996. He also sits on the board of directors
of two major charitable foundations.
