JEFFREY SHIBATA has joined
Horizon Media's West Coast Operation as a Media Planning Supervisor. Shibata will be responsible for overseeing the media planning for the agency’s IHOP, Sonic
Automotive, Forest Lawn, Game Show Network and Factory 2-U accounts, among others. Shibata comes to Horizon from Mediacom, New York, where he was a Brand Media Manager, responsible for developing and
executing national and local media objectives and strategies.
