Snapchat's private business plans were leaked as part of Sony Pictures' massive data breach. Email exchanges between Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel and Sony Pictures' CEO Michael Lynton, who sits on Snapchat's board of directors, revealed information that the startup aimed to keep private. "I felt like I was going to cry all morning, so I went on a walk and thought through a couple things," Spiegel wrote in a memo sent to employees this week. Leaked information includes the fact the acquisition of a company focused on wearable technology, as well as more details about why Snapchat did not want to be acquired by Facebook.
