TV One, the network for African-American adults, has announced three appointments to its ad sales team. LISABETH HAYES has been named regional vice president of ad sales, overseeing the network’s Midwest and West Coast sales offices. Previously, she spent nine years with HGTV in Chicago, where she most recently had been senior vice president of advertising sales, managing the company’s regional sales offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit and Atlanta. CLIFF BROWN has been named regional vice president of ad sales, based in TV One’s New York office. Previously, he was vice president of media sales for Warner Brothers Domestic Television Distribution. ANGIE O’KEEFE has been named account executive for the New York region. She joined TV One from Constellation Ventures, where she was a vice president responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and structuring and negotiating transactions.
