AdServer announced the appointment of
SHAYNE MIHALKA as General Manager of the ASP based ad serving company. He will be responsible for all aspects of the newly formed business unit. Shayne was
promoted from within the company, formerly filling the role of VP of Business Development for Fastclick.com. Prior to joining Fastclick, Mihalka was the VP of Network Development at ValueClick.
