J2 Acquires Nuvotera to Increase Email Security Services

Internet services provider j2 Globalhas acquired the assets of email security firm Nuvotera, formerly known as Spam Soap), in a deal whose terms were not disclosed. J2's Excel Micro business unit will absorb the company's former assists in a move to beef up its email security offerings. The unit also recently acquired TestudoData.
