KEVIN WORTH will add the title of Chief Executive Officer of The Deal, LLC, in addition to his current title of President. The announcement was made this week by the company’s board of
directors in a memo to all employees. Previously an executive at American Lawyer Media and The New York Times Company, Worth helped launch The Daily Deal in September 1999 and was instrumental in the
spinout of The Daily Deal and its related assets into The Deal, LLC. He was named President of the company in October, 2000.
