Bob Schmetterer, Chairman and CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide, recently announced a new management team for Euro RSCG France. As part of this evolution, FRANÇOIS TIGER, after having served as President of Euro RSCG France for three years, has been named Senior Vice President of Euro RSCG Worldwide. He will report directly to Schmetterer and will be responsible for a variety of high-level strategic initiatives. STÉPHANE FOUKS has been named CEO of Euro RSCG France. He will remain President of Euro RSCG C&O, and will continue to work closely with his current clients. Additionally, MERCEDES ERRA, a founder of BETC Euro RSCG and Co-President of the agency, has been named Chairman of Euro RSCG France. This new organization is the result of a strategy launched first in the U.S. that is now being implemented worldwide.
