Inneractive, a mobile supply-side platform (SSP), on Tuesday announced the appointments of Welby Chen as VP and general managed of North America and Avichai Belitsky as VP and managing director of
international.
Belitsky will work from Tel Aviv, Inneractive’s headquarters, and Chen will oversee the company’s New York office. Per a release, the company plans to expand its New
York office to bolster its U.S. presence, “where a majority of its brand partners are based.”
Chen previously held roles at VEVO, Microsoft and Nokia, per a release. Avichai was
formerly with Yellow Pages and Google’s Waze.
