
Y&R New York named Juan Charvet to the newly created director of experience strategy. In his role, Charvet will apply his experiential and digital knowledge to the strategy and creative teams to
ensure that all ideas take into account the holistic customer journey.
Most recently, he spent two years as a technical cirector at 360i and prior to that, Charvet was associate technology
director at frog.
He previously worked as lead developer, yechnology at Y&R sister agency VML. Charvet has also contributed his talents as a consultant, designer and developer to a variety
of companies, including Red Tettemer, Imaginary Forces and I-SITE.
He joins the agency as it undergoes several leadership changes. Charvet reports to Chief Strategy Officer Dick de Lange, who
joined Y&R in October from R/GA. His arrival comes after Leslie Sims joined as its Chief Creative Officer in February.
